Why Sympathy Food?
Each year in the United States, 6 billion dollars are spent on funeral flowers alone! Everyone would agree that flowers are beautiful, but some people feel that sympathy flowers are more of a "token" gift. Not that they aren't pretty and appreciated, but some would say, less than practical. Flowers will never be completely replaced, nor should they be. Instead, why not compliment them with a "new" type of sympathy gift....one that is not "new" at all....the sympathy gift of comfort food.
